Citrix Workspace app for Windows

    Install Citrix Workspace app on a non-SRS Windows computer:

  1. Download Citrix Workspace App for Windows
  2. Open your Download folder (or other location you saved the file)
  3. Right-Click the Citrix Workspace app Installer (CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe)
  4. Click "Run As Administrator".
  5. Click next through the installer. Do NOT check any boxes, keep all defaults.
  6. Click Finish.
  7. When prompted to enter an email address, server address OR to add account:
    Insert your Smart Card.
    Enter your SRS Email address in this format:
    example: Your.Name@srs.gov


    8. If you receive a message indicating that no smart card certficate was found, invalid smart card certificate or cannot add the store with this address
    perform the troubleshooting steps below in the order that they appear.

    IDEMIA Smart Card Drivers - "Citrix Workspace cannot find a valid smart card certificate."

    Federal Common Policy Certificate Missing - Citrix Workspace store cannot be added.



    SRS Citrix Rules of Behavior

    Because safety and security begins with me, I will adhere to the following procedures:
  1. Access SRS Citrix Applications and Desktops to conduct primarily government business only.
  2. Ensure sensitive or personally identifiable information is not posted, shared or divulged on any website without prior authorization.
  3. Contact Cyber Security immediately if I suspect sensitive information has been inappropriately shared or posted on an internet site.
  4. Contact Cyber Security if I suspect an internet site is hosting malicious content (e.g., documents infected with malware)
  5. Immediately notify my management and Cyber Security if I inadvertently access a site with prohibited content (e.g., gambling, pornography)
  6. Immediately notify Cyber Security if a site appears to be redirecting users to sites with prohibited or malicious content.
  7. Acknowledge all other confidentiality and information security policies and procedures that apply to use of SRSnet.
