Federal Common Policy Certificate Missing

Unable to add the SRS Citrix Store to Citrix Workspace or reach https://ctxhome.srs.gov
Follow the instructions below to install the Federal Common Policy Root Certificate.


    Please note: Administrator Rights are required to put this Certificate in the COMPUTER store.
    It can be added to the USER store without Administrator Rights.

    Install the Federal Common Policy Root Certificate:  (HSPD-12 CAC PIV Badge Users)

  1. Download the Federal Common Policy Root Certificate:    https://repo.fpki.gov/fcpca/fcpcag2.crt
  2. Open the fcpcag2.crt file.

    3. Click Install Certificate..
  3. Select Local Machine if you have Administrator Rights. Select Current User if you do not. Click Next.

    4. Select Local Machine if you have Administrator Rights. Select Current User if you do not. Click Next.
  4. Select Place All certificates in the following store. Click Browse.

    5. Select Place All certificates in the following store. Click Browse. Select Trusted Root Certificate Authorities. Click OK. Click Next.
  5. Select Trusted Root Certificate Authorities. Click OK. Click Next.
  6. Click Finish. Click OK.

    7. Click Finish.
    Click OK.
