Troubleshooting Quick Tips

If Citrix Workspace will not allow you to add the address for the Store
go back, click the link for "Federal Common Policy Certificate Missing" and perform those steps.


    IPv6 Only ISPs: (Unable to connect to any SRS Resources) [T-Mobile Customers]

    SRS EXTERNAL network resources do not support IPv6 Only Internet Service Providers at this time.
    Remote access (Citrix, VPN, SFTP) is unavailable to remote users on IPv6 Only ISPs. [T-Mobile Customers and ISPs reselling T-Mobile connectivity.]
    Dual Stack (IPv6 and IPv4) ISPs can connect. [Comcast Xfiniti, AT&T, Verizon, WoW, Atlantic Broadband and most other ISPs]



    Reset Citrix Workspace App: (Fixes most Citrix Workspace client issues)

  1. Open the Windows System Tray. (Up arrow next to the Date/Time)
  2. Right-Click Citrix Workpace.
  3. Click "Advanced Preferences".
  4. Click "Reset Citrix Workspace".
  5. Click the "Yes, reset Citrix Workspace" button.
  6. Insert your Smart Card.
  7. When prompted for server address, enter:
    https://ctxhome.srs.gov
  8. Click OK.
  9. Enter your PIN and click OK. .


    Use Multiple Displays:

  1. Open the Citrix Workspace Toolbar at the top of your session.
  2. Click the "Window" button (if in full screen).
  3. Click and hold the top of the Citrix session window.
  4. Drag the window so that some of the session is on each screen.
  5. Click "Full-screen" on the Citrix Toolbar.
    If you have more than two screens, grab the edge of the session window
    and drag it so that the session spans all of your displays.


    Change High DPI Setting: (Fixes most graphical, multi-display and mouse control issues)

  1. Open the Windows System Tray. (Up arrow next to the Date/Time)
  2. Right-Click Citrix Workpace.
  3. Click "Advanced Preferences".
  4. Click "High DPI". (Default setting: Let the operating system scale the resolution)
  5. Select "No, use the native resolution".
  6. Click "Save" and restart Citrix Workspace.
    If the problem persists, perform the above steps again but select "Yes".
